きのこの季節です。これもまた鎌田のだし醤油を使って作ります。

材料

  • お米３合
  • 生しいたけ３枚
  • ぶなしめじ１袋
  • えりんぎ１パック
  • 鶏もも肉１００ｇ
  • 油あげ１枚
  • 鎌田だし醤油大匙４
  • みりん大匙２
  • お酒大匙２

作り方

お米は炊く３０分～１時間前にといで、しっかり水切りをしておく。
きのこ類はいしづきを取り、お好みの大きさに刻む。鶏肉、アゲも同様に刻んでおく。
ただし、それぞれの材料は同じぐらいの大きさに切ること。
炊飯器にお米をいれて、白米を炊く線より少し少ないくらいまで水をいれる。
鎌田のだし醤油とみりん、お酒を加える（合計で１２０ｃｃになるぶん水をへらす）
上に刻んだ具材をいれて炊き上げます。
炊き上がったら、さっくりと混ぜ合わせて盛り付けます。お好みで三つ葉をトッピング。
鎌田の出し醤油だけよりもっと旨みがほしければ、こぶ茶を小さじ１程度入れると良いです。
