- 厚揚げ1枚
- 白ごま大さじ1
- しょうゆ・みりん小さじ1
- マヨネーズ大さじ1/2
- みそ小さじ1/2
- ごま油・刻み海苔・白ネギ少々
作り方
厚揚げはトースターで表面がカリカリに焼き目が付くまで10分程度焼く。
焼きあがったら厚揚げを縦半分に切って、横2cmに切る。
ボールに各調味料を混ぜ，厚揚げとあえる。
厚揚げをカリカリに焼くことがポイントです。
