お手軽一品！

材料

  • 白菜200ｇ
  • 厚揚げ１個
  • だし汁80ｃｃ
  • 砂糖小さじ1/2
  • しょうゆ大さじ2/3
  • みりん小さじ１

作り方

厚揚げは油抜きして適当に切り、白菜はざく切りにする。
鍋にだし汁と調味料をいれ煮る
厚揚げの変わりに「がんもどき」を入れてもおいしいです。
